I love traveling and my dream has always been to have a home at the beach. I never imagined I would have 20 homes at the beach! And most of all, I have friends visiting from all over the world
When I first came to Koh Phayam, I totally fell in love and couldn't stop thinking of coming back – not as a tourist, but as a Phayamas.
So, I sold everything in the big city and moved here with hopes, dreams and determination.
Koh Phayam is my home now. And because I live here, I do as much as I can to preserve its natural beauty and give back to my island family and community.
That’s why I build Phayamas. I wanted to welcome travelers from around the world to experience this incredible island – and to have their island home away from home here.

I’ve always been a mountain guy and was never a big fan of the beach. But Koh Phayam totally changed my mind.
I love that it has a jungle with big trees, wild animals, and most of all, a great community. The people of Koh Phayam remind me of my neighborhood when I was a child, where people are kind, supportive, and caring.
Koh Phayam is the perfect mixture of nature and people - and I’m proud to call it home.
